Art was very courteous & diagnosed the problem immediately. He explained in detail what needed to be done & I had no hesitation authorizing the repair. Thomas was our Sales person and explained the Mitsubishi system and configured best ways to install the system for both system efficiency and aesthetics in our 1951 vintage rambler style home. He was considerate, customer oriented, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi Mini Split system. Jon was the Installation Lead Team member and was expedient, thoughtful, courteous, customer service oriented and explained the 18 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Split system thoroughly. His co-worker Jeff was courteous, friendly and expedient. Mao and Paul the two electricians were also friendly, expedient and courteous. They all were respectful of our home and following the installation of the two components of the Mitsubishi system they cleaned up their respective work areas thoroughly. We were very satisfied with their experience, knowledge and work ethics. We felt they all went above and beyond in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Their Angela and Micah saved our day! Our old water heater quit on one Sunday, which had been giving me a concern since we moved into this new home last year that it was set neatly behind Aquarius’ water filtration tank in a small utility room. When Angela called me back swiftly on my early Monday morning voice message, she understood and responded to dispatch Micah. Micah was friendly and efficient in explaining the situation, as well as the installation. While the problem was unfortunately the worst case scenario, they brought a new water heater for Micah to complete the installation with intricate maneuvers of reinstalling the filtration tank as well. We had an old water heater that started leaking and knew it needed to be replaced sooner than later. We decided to call Aquarius since they've done work for our neighbors and have a good reputation. Shortly after calling Chris came out, did a thorough review of the situation, and provided several replacement options to consider based on our needs. He was very transparent, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. Within a few hours of the original call Chris had a new water heater installed at a reasonable price and we were very relieved that it was done so quickly and professionally. The service and quality of work definitely exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Aquarius.

Great service! Missing a star because of the kinetico lock down on filters. The whole house pre-filter is nothing new, but it is a "kinetico only" size and double price. The RO system has a metered filter limiting to 500 gallons no matter of water quality and again limited to buying expensive filters from dealers only. There are other RO system/filters that will do the same work for half the price.

Aquarius Home Services came out to our home today to do routine maintenance on our Kinetico Water System. Our technician Xeng was really knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciated that he tested our water hardness to ensure the water system was doing its job. I had an old furnace that was on its last legs and needed to be replaced ASAP.

Day one: Service Tech arrived 2 hours after initial contact with Aquarius. Sales Rep arrived within an hour of the request. Deal was made and installation appointment scheduled for the NEXT DAY!

Day two: Contacted by the installation team at 7:00 am. Arrived at 7:30. Finished up by 2:30.

All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly, professional and great to work with. They explained everything very well. I was expecting to wait 2-3 weeks for a new furnace and A/C. This was all done inside of two days. I would 100% recommend Aquarius to anyone needing any type of home service.

Ryan with Aquarius home services did an amazing job today with the annual service for the Kinetico water softener. Tested the water softness, replaced the pre filter, replaced an o ring and refilled the salt. Very friendly courteous and timely and knowledgeable. If you ever need service I highly recommend Aquarius. They service my water softener and HVAC equipment. I have always had outstanding service!

Workers were masked, wore shoe coverings, and brought their own drop cloth for their tools and walking path while performing their much needed service in our home. Responded to my need the same day. They kept me informed of my place in the work for the day and when I could expect their tech Brandon to arrive. Her was courteous, respectful of our health concerns, and was professional in his diagnosis and explanation. They also called the next day to be sure all was well and asked about my experience.
